CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation charge
of 50% will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel appointments. (Gift Cards Included)
If you are on a pre-paid
course, a treatment will be deducted.
LATE ARRIVALS
We regret that arriving
late for your appointment may result in a reduction of your treatment time.
CHILDREN
We respectfully
ask that young children and babies are not brought into the salon to respect the relaxing atmosphere that we aim to provide
for our clients. We also ask this in order to comply with our Health and Safety Regulations. If children are brought into
the Salon, we ask that another adult is there to accompany them.
PAYMENT
We accept payment
by all major credit / debit cards. Card payments have a minimum transaction of £10.00, otherwise a 50p surcharge will be added.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can
be purchased for anything over the value of £15 and must be redeemed within 6 months.
SUNBEDS
Sunbed exposure must
not exceed more than 3 sessions in one week with a minimum of 24 hours between sessions
Sunbed minutes purchased
on pre-paid courses are valid for 6 months. If they are not redeemed within this time, they will be lost.
Sunbed minutes are
individual to the customer and cannot be transferred to other customers.
CAR PARKING
We have two car parking
spaces behind the Salon which are against the back fence. If the spaces are in
use, there is free car parking behind the Co-Op or at the Vyne. Please do not park in any of the other spaces in our car park
as these belong to the flats above.
TREATMENTS
If you can think of
any reason why there might be an issue with us carrying out a treatment, please let us know. E.g. Diabetes, Pregnancy.
All tinting and perming
treatments require a patch test to be carried out at least 24 hours before the appointment.
